FAQ

I can turn around most jobs within 2-3 weeks of taking the brief.  If you let me know your deadlines, I will work diligently to meet them.

We can meet by Zoom or in person. I can come to visit you.  I work with clients from all over the world. Wherever you are, I can connect with you.

After our complimentary Discovery Session, I will provide you with a written quote that details the exact cost of each project.  Once you approve the quote, I will ask for a 50% deposit and then I will get started.  Upon submission of the final copy, I’ll submit my final invoice.

I provide two sets of revisions with every piece of content I provide.  Providing the brief does not change substantially throughout the writing process, two sets of revisions is generally enough to ensure you get exactly what you want.

That’s why we spend time on the Creative Brief at the very start of the process.  My 21-point check sheet ensures I get all the information I need, at the right time, to write great copy.  If you don’t like what I write, we go back to the Creative Brief and find out where we diverged. The good news is – all copy is fixable.

Absolutely. Writing copy is just one piece of the puzzle. if you need help with graphic design, website development, video production or photography, I can refer you to my team of trusted suppliers.

OUR POINT OF DIFFERENCE

Welcome to Indigo Dingo Copywriting.

I’m Cate, and I own Indigo Dingo Copywriting. My earliest memories of Fremantle date back to the glorious days of the America’s Cup. I went to school in Fremantle and have worked in and around the area for most of my life. I’ve seen the Endeavour launch, John Sanders sail into harbour, and the passenger terminal packed with cruise ships. And John Butler busking in Freo Markets before anyone knew his name.

My point? I know Fremantle. I know the people, I’ve seen its ebbs and flows, and I am a part of the community. I understand the target market and how to write great copy that is appealing and engaging for our community.

I studied what I love at UNDA – English Literature and Theatre Arts. Communication, words – and their placement – are hugely important to me and I would love to use my skills, knowledge, and ability to help you.

Having a business degree with an arts focus gained from WAAPA, and have worked in the Business Development sector, I know how important it is to build relationships with your clients. To be a strategic thinker, planner, and communicator. I am excited about finding methods of communication that suit each segment of your business, from long-term invested clients to those you are about to meet.

A regular at Fremantle Leisure Centre, I am also passionate about the importance of health, nutrition, and wellbeing. I have studied and worked in the health and fitness industry to better understand my own personal journey, and I love to share this passion to encourage others to better health.

Whatever your business is, I would love to work with you and help you engage with your clients through great copy!
